Baking class in KHTC will take you to the right career path with high skills and techniques which can be directly implementing in the real baking industry. All the fundamental baking techniques will be shared by the chef instructor through audio visual class. They are taught with the method of observe learn and perform the particular dish in the bakery kitchen by using modern tools and equipments.

Students are taught by following the demo and self practical class individually or in a group/ team.
