Bartender course focus on ,

·The identification of various Bar Tools and equipments along with different range of glass wares.

·Learning about all the Alcoholic beverage, methods of preparing alcohol, classification, strength and calories in alcohol. Also about the history, production method, international brand and tasting of Beer, Cider, Perry, Wine, Vermouth, Champagne, Whiskey, Brandy, Gin, Rum, Vodka and Tequila.

·The ideas for preparing techniques of Cocktails; building, stirring, shaking, blending and layering.

·The modifier, flavoring, coloring & sweetening ingredients including the garnishing for mixed drinks.

·The variety of techniques for free pouring of alcohol accurately which helps in the accurate pouring without using peg measures.

·Preparing different latest variations of most famous cocktails and mock tails .

Students are taught by following first day demo and second day self practical which involves audio-visual theoretical and high quality of practical ideas.

Along with the mixology, Bartender course holds Juggling and Flairing concepts which help studentsto be more salesmanship and industry friendly during learning intercourse.
