Housekeeping

This course has been developed keeping in mind the fact that there is no such quality training on short term industrial based housekeeping course within Pokhara valley.

This designed course specially meet the needs of those students who are planning for abroad working as well as student visa or employment within country which directly helps them to work in an industry practically (bed making, bathroom cleaning, guest room, check-in procedures, maid trolley setup, supplying amenities and many more).

KHTC provides first day demo class by the experienced instructors by following the audio-visual theory and practical tasks whereas second day students will perform the same tasks by themselves individually. Modern practical labs equipments for performing each and every housekeeping tasks.

Housekeeping course includes following tasks:

oOverall introduction of sections of housekeeping, organizational structure, their responsibilities, layout and design.

oAbout cleaning equipments, agents, methods of cleaning, guest supplies.

oHK Linens, par stocks, guest rooms, cleaning process.

oAbout laundry operation, safety and security, flower arrangement and so on

oMaid trolley setup, bed room and bathroom cleaning, supplying amenities, etc.
