MOMO Making Course
MOMO, simply the word is enough. It is considered as one of the favorite and mostly eaten food in Nepal. This course is specially designed for foreigner who want to learn a mouth watery food, and also to those beginner who want to grab all skills regarding different varieties of preparing momo.
Steamed, Fried, Kothey, Chilly, Jhol, Tandoor style of momo will be prepared throughout the course. All we will prepare together along with the chef after his/her guidelines on it. Mostly we have to focus in marinating stuffing and the folding design (shape and sizes). We will also go for Tibetan style big size momos.
